Where are you located? We are a family-owned and operated business located in central Illinois.

How long have you been creating? We have been making items for a long time, but we started this company in 2016 and it has grown into more than we could ever imagine. 

Can I cancel my order once it’s been submitted? We do not allow any cancellations of orders.

What is your turnaround time? CURRENT TURNAROUND TIMES ARE LISTED AT THE TOP OF OUR WEBSITE.

Can I have more information on shipping? Shipping varies from item to item. We ship via USPS or UPS. All items will come with a tracking number. We will ship to whatever address you provide at checkout. Once an item leaves our location we are no longer responsible for any delays that may occur. Typically, once shipped, items take 2-5 business days to arrive to you. 

Can I return or exchange my item? We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items. If you have a question before you order - please contact us!
