Where are you located? We are a woman-owned and operated business located in central Illinois.

How long have you been creating? We started Mama Made in 2016, but have been creating for many years!

Do you accept custom orders? Yes, we do! We would love to chat with you! Please contact us via email or chat.

Do you offer wholesale? Yes, we do. We only offer wholesale to select accounts, please contact us via email or chat so we can determine if we would be the best fit for your business!

Can I cancel my order once it’s been submitted? We do not allow any cancellations of orders. If you need to edit your order, please reach out to us via email to ask if we can help. 

Can I have more information on shipping? Shipping varies from item to item. We ship via USPS or UPS. All items will come with a tracking number. We will ship to whatever address you provide at checkout. Once an item leaves our location we are no longer responsible for any delays that may occur. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES, AND/OR TAXES THAT MAY OCCUR FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.

Do you ship internationally?  Yes, we offer international shipping! Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are collected by the carrier upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Mama Made is not liable for these fees and cannot issue refunds due to customs charges. As these fees vary by destination and are subject to change, we are unable to provide specific estimates. We recommend checking with your local customs office or carrier for more information prior to placing your order.

Can I return or exchange my item? We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items. However, if something is wrong with your order, please contact us so we can help you!
